Teresa Trammell, Contract Manager
Teresa Trammell joined The OutFit Inc. in 2015 as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and later expanded her responsibilities by adding the role of Contract Manager. She leads the contract acquisition process, from Request For Proposal (RFP) to proposal to receipt of the award from the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and the General Services Administration (GSA). Teresa creates and disseminates Master Team Agreements and Subcontract Agreements, and acts as a liaison between The OutFit and USACE Huntsville District, providing all contract deliverables and CAC card submissions. She is a linchpin on the leadership team, ensuring seamless communication between the CEO, government agencies, subcontractors, and corporate and field employees.
Before joining The OutFit, Teresa worked as a Licensed Vocational Nurse and an Independent Insurance Adjuster.
Even outside the office, Teresa works hard running, lifting weights, and competing in BBQ Cookoffs with her husband and son.
